LOW COST SHIPPING. SAME DAY SERVICE.

To enhance your shopping experience at Projectorquest.com, we have established low cost expedited shipping with same day service using FedEx or USPS. All orders placed by 4 pm Eastern Time are guaranteed to ship the same day, as long as the order is placed:

• Monday through Friday (excluding holidays),

• for any in-stock item,

• where there are no order processing issues.

Orders placed after 4 pm and before 5 pm ET may also ship the same day. Please contact us at the time you place your order to confirm when the order will ship.

SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders placed after 5 pm ET, on the weekend or on a holiday are shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after purchase unless there is an issue processing your payment or obtaining a valid shipping address. Shipment of your purchase will be insured and well packaged and we will provide a tracking confirmation number to you by email upon shipment. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, cashiers checks, money orders, and personal checks. In instances of payment by check or money order, shipment will be held up to 10 days until payment clears. New York State residents are required to pay 8% sales tax, which will be shown at checkout, unless proof of tax exemption is provided .

Canadian customers are able to use the USPS for shipping. All payments must be made in US currency. Please note the Canadian government will assess duty fees to your purchase to be paid via courier at delivery. We do not have control and we are not responsible for any custom duty fees, should they be assessed, as they are the sole responsibility of the importer (purchaser). Please confirm what duty charges are applicable with the carrier prior to ordering.

Any and all returned product must first be given an authorization by Global Tradequest. Since shipping fees are a pass-through cost, they are non-refundable unless an error is made on our part. To receive a return authorization please register a ticket at our Support Desk.
