Returns Policy

We are dedicated to your total satisfaction within the context of fair business practices. We stock only the highest quality products available and have taken considerable diligence to ensure the accuracy of information about these products on this website. However, if it is discovered there is an error in the information we have provided after your purchase has been shipped and a return or exchange is required, we will cover any additional costs associated with shipping.

Warranty Returns

All products sold on this site include a manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise specified. Projectorquest.com administers all warranties on behalf of our manufacturers. Therefore, if anything at all should happen to go wrong with your purchased item within the warranty period, please contact us immediately by submitting a ticket at our Support Desk or calling us at (866) 952-3334. Projectorquest.com covers all shipping costs, via USPS Priority, associated with the return of your item under warranty defect and the cost of replacement, via USPS Priority, from our store. All Other Returns

Should you decide to return your purchased item for any reason other than those covered under the manufacturer's warranty, you must notify us within (30) days of purchase by submitting a ticket at our Support Desk or calling us at (866) 952-3334. There are no restocking fees for the return of any stocked item that has not been tampered with, received in good, working order and with its original packaging in good condition without any markings. Yet the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. If a pre-paid recyclable shipping label is printed from this website and used for the purpose of this return, you risk refund or replacement of the item and at minimum there will be a $20 fee deducted from your refund or exchange. If you purchase a drop shipped or special order item, a restocking fee may be applicable. This will be clearly noted in the product’s listing.

All Returns

ALL RETURNS SHOULD BE PROPERLY SHIPPED TO US WITHIN ONE WEEK OF RECEIVING AN APPROVED RMA NUMBER AND MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF THE RECEIPT INCLUDED IN YOUR SHIPMENT. Please contact us at our Support Desk or call us at (866) 952-3334 to receive an approved RMA number or if you need a copy of your receipt. If you return an item for replacement, refund or exchange without first notifying us and gaining authorization, you risk void of warranty, exchange, refund or store credit. Upon receipt, items will be inspected for serial number, total hours usage, and tampering or misuse.

Projectorquest.com’s policy is that you will be given a refund or shipped a replacement product within three business days of receiving your returned item, given product availability and your proper adherence to return policies. More immediate replacements or exchanges can be made with the purchase of a new item of the same model if it is in stock at the point of contact, where a credit will be applied to your account for the full amount of the returned item plus USPS Priority shipping, upon receipt of the returned item in proper condition as noted above.

Payment or reimbursement for additional shipping charges is subject to approval. Returned items must be received in the same condition as originally shipped or a refund may be reduced or denied. Please note that we do not guarantee items outside warranty coverage or beyond the (30) day inspection period and any issues which may arise thereafter are not our responsibility.
