This item can be returned under the manufacturer’s warranty coverage within the specified warranty period from the date it shipped. Additional shipping costs for returns and replacements under warranty, where the item is proven defective, are covered by us. If the item is not proved to be defective, then the customer may be responsible for the cost of shipping the return and replacement. Warranty returns and replacements are shipped via FedEx Ground. Expedited return and replacement is available at an additional cost.

Should you decide to return your purchased item for any reason other than those covered under the manufacturer's warranty, you must notify us within (30) days of when the item shipped by signing into your account on this website and going to Return Request, or email us at email@example.com, or call us at (866) 952-3334.
Restocking fees may apply, depending on the manufacturer of the item being returned. Projectorquest.com only administers restocking fees if the item is not returned in accordance with our policies and procedures, which are outlined in detail on this website, and in any communication with the customer. Otherwise, restocking fees are outside of our control and strictly implemented on behalf of the manufacturer.
ALL RETURNS SHOULD BE PROPERLY SHIPPED TO US WITHIN ONE WEEK OF RECEIVING AN APPROVED RMA NUMBER. THE RETURN SHIPMENT MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF THE RMA. Please contact us by logging into your account on this website and going to Return Request, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us at (866) 952-3334 to receive a return approval. Return of an item for replacement, refund or exchange without authorization, will risk void of warranty, exchange, refund or store credit. Upon receipt, items will be inspected for serial number, total hours usage, and tampering or misuse.
Customers will be issued a refund or shipped a replacement product once the manufacturer receives the returned item, given product availability and proper adherence to our return policies. More immediate replacements or exchanges can be made with the purchase of a new item of the same model, if it is in stock at the point of contact, where a credit will be applied to your account for the full amount of the item, upon receipt of the returned item in proper condition as noted above.
Payment or reimbursement for additional shipping charges is subject to approval. Returned items must be received in the same condition as originally shipped or a refund may be reduced or denied. Please note that we do not guarantee items outside warranty coverage or beyond the (30) day inspection period and any issues which may arise thereafter are not our responsibility.
